- The efficacies of high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) and continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapies are similar in reducing disease severity among children and adolescents with moderate-to-severe obstructive sleep apnoea.
- Self-reported adherence is higher with CPAP therapy than with HFNC therapy.
- Both HFNC and CPAP therapies significantly improved disease-specific quality-of-life scores, but not behavioural measures.
